Why do I need Superfast Broadband?

Superfast broadband opens up a whole new world of cutting -edge software and applications that connect you with people all over the world. Some of the benefits for both businesses and residents can be on the flyer you have received.

Can I access it?

Yes, your property is able to access superfast wireless broadband. Please note that the service is available only through Quickline. For further information please contact Quickline – or 01482 247365.

How do I upgrade my connection?

The faster speeds do not happen automatically. To benefit you need to contact Quickline and discuss which package you’d like to order. Further information on ordering a wireless service can be found here

How much does it cost?

The cost of superfast broadband depends on a lot of different factors such as the speed you want and the amount of data you use. Please note if you are currently part way through a contract with another supplier you may wish to wait until this contract expires before upgrading. Quickline offer a variety of tariffs at different prices, these can be found here

If your current broadband provides you with speeds of less than 2Mbps, you may be eligible for a grant to help towards to cost of installing wireless broadband. Further details and the application for this grant can be found here
