We are pleased to announce that fibre broadband services are now available in Bellingham, Kielder, Kirkwhelpington, Otterburn and parts of West Woodburn.

The higher speeds will not happen automatically. To benefit you will need to upgrade to a fibre broadband service from one of a number of different internet service providers.

Services will be provided either via ‘fibre to the cabinet’ or ‘fibre to the premise’. Further details about the two technologies is available on our Frequently Asked Questions page.
